I mainly do gaming and design. But I need an all-round good monitor

Im thinking of the Asus PA238Q... Is there anything else better for near enough the same price? Or should I go for this one? The thing is, I herd this backlight bleeds a lot...

take a look at this asus ips monitor: http://www.asus.com/Monitors_Projectors/PA248Q

i have the p238qr and the colors are great, but i'm a gamer and i regret buying it because it has a response time of 6ms and a refresh rate of 60hz at its max, which SUCKS for gaming.

you can't really have both a monitor for gaming and design... unless you buy a korean true ips and 120+hz monitor off of ebay.

for gaming, you want to get a monitor that has a response time of 1ms and a refresh rate of 120hz+ like this one: http://www.asus.com/Monitors_Projectors/VG248QE
