So guys as you may know, the cheapest 1070 is the gtx 1070 palit
Now i think it's *"too cheap" due to the fact that it's 360£ Only 40£ more than the gtx 1060 gaming X
Oh and the jetstream is the same price as the palit, so 360£ as well.
Now here are the links in the uk
Palit Jetstream Super:
https://www.amazon.co.uk/Palit-Jetstream-NVIDIA-GeForce-Graphics/dp/B01GVN4LXQ/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1536593441&sr=8-1&keywords=Palit

Palit Normal:

Now too me this is too cheap, i wanna know if there's anything wrong with it to make it this cheap and i want to knwo if it performs better than the gtx 1060 gaming x and i want to know if its worth it because im freaking out

Also im going to be using this for Gaming 1080/1440p/4k
Im going to be gaming Max settings and livestreaming at the same time, lets also suggest that i have 3 monitors

Solution
Any 1070 will outperform any 1060, it's in the nature of the chipsets. The only real difference between the Palit and super Palit is a slightly better cooling ability and higher stock clocks, they are both the same 1070 base card.

Who knows why Amazon does anything with prices, could be a sale due to overstock, sale due to stock not moving, some idiot marketer who doesn't count super as meaning anything....

Palit is a known brand, but it's one of those second string brands in gaming gpus, like PNY or Galax or Zotac. It's not one of the Big names like Evga, Asus, Gigabyte, MSI. So quite often those cards are cheaper, they'll use a reference pcb, not custom, basically the exact same basic card with their own shroud and fans and name...
360£ for GTX 1070 is not too cheap. In fact initial price for GTX 1070 was ~350€. It's still more expensive, than it should be.
Same goes for GTX 1060 6GB. The price should be 240€ (not 320£). It's way overpriced.

So quite often those cards are cheaper, they'll use a reference pcb, not custom, basically the exact same basic card with their own shroud and fans and name, with their own OC settings. With that added cost savings, plus the stiff competition from the Big brands, they'll discount their products to grab more market share. So you end up with a card that's not much of any different than many others, but doesn't have the Big brand name premium.

That's in the US. Asian markets are different, over there, Palit, Zotac and Galax are huge sellers, mostly for price, so have direct competition from each other, more so than with the big names. This again keeps prices lower.

If they are the same price, get the best one available, in your case that's the Super Jetstream

A gtx1060 is good for 1080p/60Hz
A gtx1070 is good for 1080p/144Hz or 1440p/60Hz
A gtx1080 is good for 1440p/144Hz or some 4k
A gtx1080ti is necessary for most 4k

The new RTX 2080/ti are unknown as yet, not tested or benchmarked, but supposedly are better at 4k than a 1080ti at 60Hz and the 2080ti can handle upto 4k at 144Hz.

A gtx1070 will not do much at 4k max settings, be looking for fps in the 10-20 range if that.
