Should i get the R9 270 or 280X?

SPECS:i3-4150 8gb DDR3,PSU:ANTEC-VP-450W) In order to get the R9 270 i could just get it..Because my PSU is well good enough for it..but the R9 280X i would need a new PSU to power it. but im undecided on what i should do..I mean back then when i started Working with PC'S i only wanted to run games/programs on low settings until now, now i feel like running most programs at 1080p ultra. Also I sorta think i should get the PSU so i can have even more room for upgrades like a New CPU (i5-4440 or something) but yet i am still undecided

450w is not enough for 280x. Stick with 270. If you want 280x, you will need at least 550 watt power supply. I5 are ideal gaming processors, if you can afford it, you should get.
