I have a budget of around $250 (CAD), and I was on PC Part Picker, I saw the EVGA GTX 960 2GB for around $250, so I was about to buy it, then started doing more research, and the MSI R9 380 2GB Editon for $270. The core clock is about 300MHZ less than the 960, but overall outpreforms it, I wanna know what PSU i should have and if my system is gonna bottleneck, I'm upgrading form a EVGA GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB SC edition, and I want to play the newer releases around launch day (Like MGS V) at 1080p and around high graphics and get 60fps. So is there a better GPU I can get for around the same price? And I am probably going to OC it right when I get it.
Here are mu current specs:
EVGA TX 750 TI SC 2GB
AMD FX 6300 Six Core CPU OC to 4.1GHZ from 3.5 - cooled by a Cooler Hyper 212 with 2 fans on it
8GB ADATA RAM at 1600MHZ
Corsair CX 430M
Windows 10 Home
250GB SSD
1TB Seagate Barracuda
I Also want to play Arkham Knight once its fixed. Medium-high settings 1080p 60fps. Am I asking for too much for my budget? XD

R9 380 for sure, it outperforms the gtx 960 on almost every level. More memory bandwidth 256 bits vs 128 bits.

You just need to get a good PSU for it. You'd be fine with a 550w PSU, but to just to be safe, I'd recommend this one http://www.amazon.com/Sentey%C2%AE-Mbp750-hm-Autoswitching-Certified-Warranty/dp/B00SN7CGAO/ref=sr_1_8?ie=UTF8&qid=1438554207&sr=8-8&keywords=600w+psu as its only about 10$ more than a 600w PSU right now, plus its on sale for half price!
