I heard from websites it will just be getting an 8% increase in performance over the current 2080. Again, I am not sure if best buy will stock it :/.Just get the 2080 it doesn't seem the 2080 SUPER will be on the performance increase of the 2060 or 2070 SUPER
Rtx 2080 super is 14% faster than rtx 2080 https://www.tomshardware.com/news/nvidia-rtx-2080-super-benchmark,39988.htmlIts $659 and the rtx 2080 super is coming and that is going to be $699 but I am not sure if best buy will get it because bb doesn't even have the rtx super cards for the 2060 and 2070.
I wish bb would stock the super cards because I have a cc from bb that I never used that have 0% financing on items over a certain amount over a specific date.Rtx 2080 super is 14% faster than rtx 2080 https://www.tomshardware.com/news/nvidia-rtx-2080-super-benchmark,39988.html
So I think Rtx 2080 super is better because you are paying only 40$ more for 14% performance increase
I wish you good luckI wish bb would stock the super cards because I have a cc from bb that I never used that have 0% financing on items over a certain amount over a specific date.
LOl thanks I am using an intel hd 630 atm because I haven't the real need for a gpu and I still don't but I want to buy the rtx 2080 super tho if best buy will carry it!I wish you good luck
From a benchmark... and not a good one, at that.Rtx 2080 super is 14% faster than rtx 2080 https://www.tomshardware.com/news/nvidia-rtx-2080-super-benchmark,39988.html

Not necessarily? But this depends on YOU: how much do YOU value $20.For $20 difference between the founder editions I might as well get the rtx 2080 super right?
exactly $20 is nothing because the rtx super is $700 while the rtx is $680. The rtx gaming x trio that I said before is only $690 so not really much of a difference. See look at prices here. I was thinking bout getting the super ventus but thats not in stock. Not necessarily? But this depends on YOU: how much do YOU value $20.
Me? I'd still go 2080 and just... hold on to it? It'll bring me closer to my goal of 'things I want to upgrade list'.
Plus, I don't care for the designs of Nvidia's reference cards - their using a better cooler this time around, but still 'meh', IMO.
You have ample power to run this card?I bought an EvGA 2080 TI XC Ultra
Ok just to let u know that you is overkill for a 1440p 60hz monitor see if your monitor can go to 144 if not then that is a rip on ur partI have a 2560x1440P monitor and I have a 650watt corsair power supply and so far its running fine. Runs all games fine with no glitches . Its a freaking huge card and takes up 3 lanes and it almost didn't fit in my case because my motherboard is an msi h170a and it kinda blocked my usb header for the usb head in front which was annoying so I had to careful insert that back in without bending any pins but other then that its running like a dream. I tried ultra and it looks great so far. Definitely an upgrade from my intel iGPU lol(of course).
Atleast I am future proofed for a while .Ok just to let u know that you is overkill for a 1440p 60hz monitor see if your monitor can go to 144 if not then that is a rip on ur part
Yeah lul but 4 real check ur monitor settings and also the advanced display settings in Windows if u can get 144 u will be a happy boiAtleast I am future proofed for a while .
I tried looking in the Nvidia control panel and the max I can go is 60HzYeah lul but 4 real check ur monitor settings and also the advanced display settings in Windows if u can get 144 u will be a happy boi
First look directly at the built in monitor settings u should have a button or something on the monitor. Also can u send me a link to the monitor?I tried looking in the Nvidia control panel and the max I can go is 60Hz
Its just a dell ultrasharp U2518D. Doesn't do pass 60HzFirst look directly at the built in monitor settings u should have a button or something on the monitor. Also can u send me a link to the monitor?
