Should I get the x4 860k or the g3258?

Im building a PC with a gtx 750 ti and I dont know wether or not to get the intel g3258 or the amd x4 860k,cause ive heard the g3258 gives a path of upgradability and a few months from now during cyber monday Im gonna get a better cpu and maybe motherboard but I dont know which one to go with for now?

The G3258 is better in most games - new or old (especially when overclocked). About the only one where its worse is Fallout 4.

The 860k and the G3258 are roughly equal as a whole.

Difference is that the 860k is the best the FM2 socket has to offer, while the g3258 is in the bottom half.

So with g3258 you have plenty of CPU options to upgrade to, and you wont have to replace your motherboard and you wont have to reinstall windows.
Seems like a no-brainer to me.
