<b>No do not get that card, terrible card</b>!
Pricewatch has R9600Pros for about $100, R9600s for well under $100, and both of those are far better cards than the FX5600XT(SE).
Even the FX5700 is a far better card.
The FX5600 is a terrible line, the FX5700 is an OK card much better choice, any XT in nVidida's world is a crappy version (SE to anyone else). So a crappy card line with the crappy version, no not a good choice. If it's for 2D there are cheaper choices out there with the same quality; if it's for gaming, then there's much more powerful/adept cards out there for the same price.
Get a Radeon 9600Pro or at least a Radeon 9600 (avoid anything 'SE' in this case).
If you must go with an nVidia, then the FX5700 is not a bad choice in that price range and the FX5600Ultra Revision 1 is selling for about $100 as well, and those would be far better than the XT. But the R9600Pro would be your best deal IMO.
