Should I get this Card?

I am building a PC and I am thinking of maybe getting a better Video Card. I just need you thought on this. I want a Video card that has Tons of power. This is going to be a 100% Pure Gaming. Please let me know. If you think I should get a better video card please let me know.

You'll find cheaper cases like HAF X better than that case you chose.
And drop the i7-3770k, it's for 100% gaming, get the i5-3570k no performance difference at all, also just get 8GB ram(2x4GB) or if you want 16GB get 2x8GB.

Looks good just swap out that trash TT psu you got there for something reliable

nothing wrong with the 3770k but it is not nessesary and the extra money spent will see severly diminishing returns from gaming.

Also it will be harder to OC then say an SB chip like the 2500k so the extra performance is null

haha.. Its not finally yet. Some parts are just there to get a mind set. Power will be changed. BUt thanks for the info..

I'd save some money on the graphics too - there's really very little argument for a 7970 over a GTX670. The GTX670 is only ~6% behind the GTX680 on average, no way you could ever tell the difference without a framerate counter. It's a really excellent GPU.

yeah the bang-for-buck card is certainly not the 7970 or gtx 680 but hey if you wanna pay an extra 100 or more for the small margin then go for it!

personally I am looking for any excuse to upgrade my 560ti SLI, the 1 gb of vram is starting to suck imo

A old video card will be better on BF3 than a new video that just came on. Little confused on what to look at when it comes to motherboards or even CPU's.

Haha agreed That's some bad advice. I didn't realise you only like Radeons. In that case, 7970 probably is the way to go, or a 7950 if you're gonna be overclocking it. Out of curiosity though, why don't you want nVidia graphics? Most people just buy from whichever is offering the best option at their price?

I use to buy everything from nVidia. They just broke down 6 months -1 year from when I had it. My Intel / Radeon I buy never broke down yet and I had some parts for years.

Haha I've had three Radeons die on me, and my current one has a dodgy fan. Provided they break down within warranty, you just send it back for a replacement.

I had many nvidia cards, never had problems with them, no card die on me nor driver problems, that's why i stay with nvidia.

Re card failures, I do know how you feel - if one company lets you down and there's an alternative, why bother with the company that failed you? I feel that way about Sapphire - the three Radeons that died on me were all Sapphire, so I don't buy from them any more.

That's the thing though - I don't blame AMD, because they didn't manufacture the card. Sapphire did. Unless I could be absolutely certain that it was the GPU itself that failed and not any other component on the card, I don't know for sure it was AMD's fault. Similarly, you may be blaming nVidia for the fault of Zotac, Palit etc... who were the manufacturers of the cards that failed?

Like djangoringo, I've always had really good experiences with nVidia.
