I can either get this combo for $560

Or buy a different mobo, more ram and the same cpu for $720:

RAM:

Motherboard:

CPU:

What should I do??
My graphics card is a gtx1060 6gb and I have a cosair 550 psu bronze. I'm trying to run FiveM at a higher frame rate if thay helps towards getting the right parts

Yeah was thinking that. Is the motherboard compatible with the cpu? I'm guessing they wouldnt sell it together if it wasnt. I just don't want to do any bios updating.
Would be pretty dumb on their part if they hadn't done that yet...

Ok funny thing is, I've worked out the totals of both options including shipping and they both equal to $730. In that case should I go for the first option, so I don't have to replace the ram?
If that's the case, I'd point you to the second option instead.
