Or Should I build my own. If I should build my own what would you guys Recommend

I would suggest you to start building your own gaming rig. You can make a better gaming pc than that 😀

Yes he can make better if he knows what hes doing,it might take more time,nerve if first time,etc.

The GPU is pretty low end, if you want to game at 1080, get at least something like 650ti/boost or 7770/7790. The CPU is ok, but the power supply and other parts like motherboard in that computer are probably cheap. I'd look elsewhere.
