should I get this gaming Pc? I'm not sure about what everything means and I at least want to have a 60Fps+ gaming pc

For that price? I wouldn't at all. The chipset is becoming increasingly outdated, and with how cheap some of the newer technology can be, you'd be better having a custom built G4560 build with a 1050Ti which will give you much more bang for only a tiny bit more price.
