Should i get this ram or this one

I can get the 16gb 2400mhz cas 11 or cas 9 8gb 1866mhz the 16gb price is lower i dont understand in ram so i don't know which is better i just knoe the 16gb is better than 8 (not in games) so any help is appreciated

It depends on what you're doing. If you're video rendering, or any kind of rendering, 16GB or RAM would be helpful. For any other purpose you wouldn't even need up to 8GB of RAM except for gaming.
