Should I get this?

Should I get the GIGABYTE GA-990FXA-UD3 AM3+ AMD 990FX? I already have the AMD 9590 processor so I need a motherboard for it. This one looks great but it seems like a lot of people have had problems with this. I don't know if I should take my chances or not. If anyone has any better suggestions I wanna hear them. I'm not willing to spend much more.

That board should work well with the 9590. It is listed in the CPU support list from the first bios version. I would update the BIOS to the latest version before even loading windows. I always do this with builds.

I have a 750W Power supply and I can't find the minimum for these motherboards.

The minimum power supply (1000W) is not for the boards. It is for the CPU. Plus a decent water cooler too, for the CPU.
