[SOLVED] Should I get worried About my GPU ?

Hi there. one day l left my laptop running a game before I closed the lid to put the laptop in sleep mode, but for some reason it didn't. and i left it on the bed unattended for about an hour and a half before I found out about it.
I found the GPU at 87 Celsius and the CPU at 78 Celsius . my question is should I get worried that some components got damaged because of the heat.
my specs are :
cpu : Intel core i5-4210U 1.70GHz
gpu : Nvidia GeForce 840M

Those are fairly normal laptop component temperatures. They are designed to withstand temps into the 100C range.

I just got worried because it's the first time the gpu and cpu got to such high temperatures, usually the max temp I get while playing games is about 66-70 for gpu and 64-68 for cpu
