Hello,

i was in my bios and saw that my cpu has a value of 1008V-1024V even after the boost at 3.4ghz at bios. My cpu is a intel i5 6402P 2.8ghz (boosted from bios at 3.4ghz) powered by a cm g650m on a asus h110m-c d3.

Thanks and regards!

no, your mobo & psu seems fine. as I said, overclocking can happen by increasing the multiplier and/or increasing the voltage

have some good cooler and find the saturation point of CPU where it...
Voltage is not the alone for boosting the CPU, there is one more constraint it is Multiplier, if you are already getting over clocked to 3.4Ghz is good enough. increasing voltage will allow more room for CPU to get overclocked, but it increases temperature more than usual causes instability, you might get blue screen

I dont want to get more power from my cpu, i have unstable fps and i am wondering if my mobo or my psu are the reason for.

have some good cooler and find the saturation point of CPU where it getting unstable, and set that frequency
