I've put together this custom build and planning to buy it from Pcspecialist soon.. I was just wondering if the PSU with that wattage is needed or should I go for a TXm 650w instead? Dunno if this helps but atm ive got a gtx 1050 and Im planning to go for either gtx 1660 super or rtx 2060 super in the near future. I'll be doing some work in After Effects like templatesand stuff, some rendering in Adobe Media Encoder and also some light work in Premiere (No rendering). I'll be doing some gaming also and a bit of music production. Thanks

Solution
no problem. for only 9 pounds i'd go for the bigger psu as well.

it won't cause any issues and allows more room for upgrades down the road if needed. enjoy the new system :)
