Hello, i found few processors and i really don't know which one to choose for better gaming and work experience with Photoshop and FLStudio. I write a list of processors with prices in my state.

Intel:
I5-8400(202€)
I5-9400f (175€)
i3-9100F(109€)
AMD:
RYZEN 5 2600(155€)
RYZEN 5 1600x(132€)
RYZEN 3 1200(70€)
RYZEN 7 1700 (195€)
RYZEN 3 1300X(100€)
Thanks for everyone who spends time with helping me !
Also if you in need here are my future PC specs:
GPU:MSI GeForce GTX 1060 6g
RAM:HyperX Fury 16gb 2666mhz 2x kit
CPUCooler:Arctic Freezer 34
PSU:EVGA SuperNOVA 550 G3
HDD:Seagate Barracuda 1TB
SSD:ADATA Ultimate SU650 240gb
Case: Phanteks Eclipse P300
Chassis front fans: beQuiet! Pure Wings 2 2x

Go ryzen because in another year or two, you can buy a new CPU or get a higher end used CPU.

The i5 8400 is only a 6 core 6 thread CPU. Gamers right now that recently bought 4 core i5's are feeling that bottleneck due to lack of threads. The i5 8400 meets today's needs, but again in another 2-3 years, you'll start to feel bottlenecked on some new titles that are well threaded. The i5 8400 is also locked to 4.0ghz boost maximum.

The Ryzen 3600 coming in July is 6 core 12 threads for $199 and has a max boost of 4.2ghz, but is also unlocked if you decide to overclock. Also, the IPC should be on par or very close to the 8th gen intel parts, and certainly that extra 200mhz boost will make up the difference in IPC.

For photoshop, read this set of recommendations.
https://www.pugetsystems.com/recomm...obe-Photoshop-CC-139/Hardware-Recommendations
the net is that the better single thread performance if intel is recommended.
That is good for gaming also.

Also, more than 8 threads is not useful for photoshop or, for gaming for that matter so the more expensive ryzen processors lose that advantage.

My thought is that while any of your choices will work, I would pick it i5-9400F.
And, the 9400F comes with an adequate cooler.

According to your link, the i5 9600K (6 core 4.6ghz boost) performs worse than the Ryzen 2700x(8 cores 4.2ghz boost) in photoshop. The extra 2 cores and threads does help more than single threaded performance obviously with the i5 having higher boost clock and IPC performance, yet still performing worse. They say photoshop doesn't scale well beyond 8 cores at the moment. But at the very minimum, perhaps the OP should look at 8 core processors, or a 6 core with SMT like the Ryzen 3600. Keep in mind that the ryzen 3000 series should bring IPC very close to the 9th gen Intel parts. So single threaded performance will be similar.

But FYI, Lightroom doesn't use anywhere near as much power as photoshop.

I would say get the R5-2600 unless you can afford to wait 5 weeks until Ryzen 3000 comes out. i5-9400f is decent, but according to puget, the performance difference under 300$ is minimal when comparing Intel vs AMD, but if you ever want to do more demanding workloads that utilize more threads, then the R5-2600 will be better than i5-9400f. R5-2600 is also a little cheaper and also comes with a very decent stock cooler (much better than Intel stock cooler in fact).
