I made two lists, one is an Intel Skylake build with an i3 and the other is an AMD build with a FX 8320. This build will be mainly used for gaming and the games it will need to play at 1080p with high settings (or better) are: CSGO, GTA V, DayZ SA, Arma 3 and the Division.. (and maybe some other future games too). I don't plan on upgrading any time soon so I hope it will last like 2-3 years.
Here are the two lists below. Also, I'm able to swap out the motherboard and RAM in the Intel build so that it will have DDR4. But is DDR4 worth it, and will there be a difference in terms of performance? This will be the motherboard for DDR4: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/msi-motherboard-b150pcmate and this will be the RAM: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/kingston-memory-hx424c15fbk28
