Should I go with a GTX 1060 or 1070

Hey, gonna keep this short and sweet. I'm playing in 1080p (@60hz) and recently decided I wanted to upgrade my pc. Was trying to keep it between the $300-400 range but should I just invest in the 1070? Btw, might go to a 4k monitor in the distant future.

The prices for a GTX 1060 are ridiculous right now you might aswell just go with a 1070.

If you are thinking about 4K then either a GTX 1070 or GTX 1080 would be what to go with.

For the 1080p the GTX 1060 will be best value, however as suggested above the current prices would make the GTX 1070 a better bang for the buck right now. If you are considering 4K you should really be looking at GTX 1080 TI as that is the only GPU capable of delivering decent FPS at high settings.

for 4k you should go for a 1070 Ti about 450$.
for 1080p a 1060 6gb under 300$ will be a good choise
