Should I go with a Reference or The Superclocked ACX EVGA GTX 780ti

I'm changing to one of these cards, but can't deside.
the Superclocked is a little cheaper and I'm gonna replace the cooler with my H55 water cooler so the out of the box cooler is not really a selling point.

I'm thinking the SC version would be the smarter choice as you in my eyes get a little more for your money?

i would go with the EVGA SC and when you water cooler and then you can overclock it more

I went with the reference because it's a little longer and I think the water cooler will fit better on that

I would've recommended the SC as the chip will probably be better due to the factory overclock.
