Question Should i go with the Ryzen 3?

I'm thinking of buying an used Ryzen 3 for cheap price, i found some Ryzen 3 1200 and Ryzen 3 2200g, i will buy the GPU later (or maybe use the integrated one if that's applicable), which one is a good option for low end gaming like Minecraft, PC Building Simulator and video editing? I will use a 450w PSU, and i will buy an motherboard MSI A320M Pro-E.

Well the second gen is better than the first...
It all comes down to cost if the first gen is much cheaper it might be worth it to go with that.
For low expectation gaming they will be ok,very simple video editing will also be ok.

Thinking of the 2nd because i don't have money to buy the GPU, the 1st gen it's 20 euros cheaper compared to the 2nd.

Since you cannot afford a GPU at this time, the second gen, 2200G is your only option as the first gen does not include integrated graphics.

It will get the job down. You can upgrade (increase) memory later, too. Wolfshadw is correct, the 1200 lacks an iGPU and is not an option per your stated requirements.

Get the fastest and largest dual channel memory kit (2 modules in a kit) you can afford since you will be using the iGPU which uses system ram. The fastest ram you can use on the Ryzen 3 2200g is DDR4 2933mhz (just get a 3000Mhz kit if you want the fastest speed. You will have to set the memory profile or manually set the memory speed in the motherboad bios to the advetise speed.

The PSU is terrible. You should consider a 240 to 256GB SSD, at a minimum.

How old is that 80GB HDD? Is it SATA or IDE (ATA)?

Its sata, is 120gb enough if I use the 80gb for downloads?
The psu is one that I have here.

You will definitely have lower FPS than with better ram but it will not necessarily be laggy.
Resolution is ok for easier games and/or medium/lowish settings.

Yes i forgot to mention, but the price here for 3000MHz is too big so i'm thinking in going to 2133MHz and upgrade in 1 or 2 years, is the PSU something urgent?

Dont know much About PSU but AMD loves High Speed Ram....Maybe go for 2400Mhz atleast

2200g CPU is based on 1st gen Ryzen. If I was building now a budget PC for myself I would definitively go for that. The GPU is pretty good for the money. Only a GTX 1060 or above would be a good upgrade. Get 1TB of HDD they are pretty cheap in most countries. The 2133mhz Ram is approximately 8-10% performance hit(in games it may be higher) so go at least 2400mhz IMHO

It is more than enough. Not everyone lives in the USA. Elsewhere prices for HDDs can be double or even triple! The 120GB SSD is just enough for the OS ONLY! But the OP needs at least 500GB HDD according to his local prices and budget.

500GB is about 40 euros and 1TB is the same price, so next year i can get one. Is there any difference if i get 5400rpm or 7200rpm if i install some games like GTA V or anything like that? Sorry for making multiple questions but i want to make sure i buy the right parts.

Better get a real desktop one at 7200rpm and NOT a laptop one 5400rpm, There is a noticable difference if the 1TB 7200rpm one costs like5 Euros more I think it is worth the minimal extra cost
