Should i have all case fans?

Hi, i have a cooler master storm scout 2 case. It supports 9 fans, 2 on the front, 2 on top, 1 on back and 2 in the bottom and 2 on the side panel. So if i have the front intake fans plus the top 2 fans for the exhaust and one bottom fan for the psu and the other one for the back, do i still need the side panel fans and the fan beside the psu?
I will be over-clocking my processor to 4.7 ghz

What you have now should be plenty. If your CPU overheats after overclock, i'd recommend buying a watercooling system.
