Should I increase the core voltage on my 980 ti?

I have my 980 ti set to 110% power limit with a max clock of 1478 (+150 MHz). I have had no stability issues in any game or stress test I have run but the power draw sometimes goes over my power limit, one time to 117%. Should I increase core voltage and if so by how much? I'm kinda new to oc'ing and I don't know what to do in this situation.

I got a 144Hz 1440p monitor so i try to get the most fps i can while trying to keep my 980 ti in safe limits

So stock 980 ti isn't enough to pull 140 fps on 1440?

So stock 980 ti isn't enough to pull 140 fps on 1440?

on some games yes, but on gpu intensive games with all settings cranked i might drop down to 100 or maybe even less
