Should I install drivers from disk or online?

Motherboard is a msi z97i ac and the gpu is a msi gtx 960, is it best to install the drivers from disk or by the internet? Im worried if I use only it may not give me the corrent drivers? Or may cause an fault?

from online. there always fresher versions.

Use the drivers from the Nvidia website, always. What is your windows version and is this a new build or a GPU upgrade?

I always just install motherboard drivers from disk. For the GPU drivers I just download the latest version from their site.
