My SSD has 240gb and my HDD has 1 Tb .
The o.s is on the SSD.
Should I install video games onto the SSD or the HDD?

Solution
You might do either.
If you play just one game and it comfortably fits on the ssd, then put it there.
But.... watch the space available on the ssd.
Once it reaches 90% full, you will start to lose performance and endurance.

I might suggest that you buy a 1 or 2tb ssd for everything.
A 1tb samsung 870(EVO or QVO) is about $100.
2tb is twice that.
Do you have external backup?
If not, I would repurpose your HDD for that.
The SSD will be noticeably faster on game loads and caching. However with that size of a drive I would be careful about filling it up as you will max it out pretty quickly. Putting the games on the spin drive shouldn't make them unplayable per se but in my experience you can tell a difference.

Ok Thanks , I can't afford a 1tb SSD at the moment . I have 2 spare HDDs . I'll probably use one as external backup. I never really use much space on pcs so I think from what ye said I will be ok.
