should I install intel's vga driver for my new build even when I have a nvidia card?

ok so, I finally finished my build, and going to install the OS and drivers later on today when I go back home, but I was checking out the motherboard's driver's page, and it had the driver for the onboard intel's vga driver.

if I install this, THEN install the latest nvidia driver for my nvidia card, is that alright? or should I just ignore the intel vga driver completely as it will interfere with the nvidia one? cheers

oh wow, ok, great, thanks so much for that, I am glad I asked this before I proceeded lol, I thought the intel VGA driver was like the intel graphics 3000 or whatever's on the intel processor, thanks
