Question Should I Invest in making working pc to sell or sell pc in parts?

Hello, I have recently been considering if I should sell my old pc parts. My question is if I should invest in a power supply and a storage drive to complete the pc or should I just sell the parts I already have? Here are the specs of what I have.

Asus P7P55D-E motherboard
AMD Radeon HD 5770 1G Saphire
Intel I5 2.57 ghz processor
4 sticks of 4 GB Corsair Vengance 1600MHz ram total 16 GB
Termaltake cpu fan I don’t know the model.

I know the graphics card is really old but if I upgraded it to a GTX 1060 do think people would be interested in buying the system?

I'd say calculate how much you'll have to invest to get it to be a full system that you can sell and calculate how much profit you think on making out of it. Then calculate how much you'd charge for an each part. Then go with whichever u think you'll get most out of.
