Should I invest more in gpu or cpu?

I'm planning to build new pc configuration, i need pc for programming and rendering, and my question is: should i buy ryzen 7 1700 and gtx 1050ti, or ryzen 5 1600 and gtx 1060 3 gb?

Programming, probably CPU. Compiles times are not affected by GPUs. Rendering will depend on the software you are using. It is possible, that RAM or disk could improve both your activities.
