Its "Quiet" & "Power Saving" "indexes" are about the same as if I set it to normal? Perhaps, thats an exaggeration? Can I say if I set to ASUS Optimal, it will enable OS to to that trottle up when required to a higher speed and when idle, should be smart enough to trottle down? Or will be be overclocking my CPU regardless of load?
