[SOLVED] Should I keep my 7700k when I upgrade to a RTX 3080?

I'm asking because I use 144Hz 1080p monitor and the next generation of games look very demanding based off of the UE5 demo.

Look at cpu reviews using the 2080ti and your cpu compared to other newer cpu's. Frame rates will likely scale along with any performance boost seen with the new gpu's.
