Should I make any changes to this build? (Gaming Rig)

I'm going for a rig that'll be able to render things quicker, like movies and recently games (in Unity)

I want something that'll be able to handle most games on high or ultra. Here's what I have, and that's basically my budget. Just wondering if any changes should be made, such as if I'm spending too much when there's an equal cheaper alt. Thanks
