Should I move the (C) System folder from the mechanical HDD to SSD? Because one of my friends recommended me to do so.

move, not at all. windows installs system folders and whence installed cannot just be moved willy nilly, the system shortcuts need to be updated, its a nightmare you do not want. you can clone the drives so all data on the mechanical will be duplicated to the SSD( provided enough room) Macrium Reflect is the preferred cloning software if the SSD maker does not provide one.
or you could simply install afresh to the SSD. by installing windows to the SSD, windows and all programs therein will be sped up by the SSD. typically 3.5-5x faster than a spinner drive.
*note if installing fresh windows unplug the mechanical drive until windows is installed and updated, this will ensure all files needed for boot are on the SSD alone.
