Question Should I move my windows to my 990 Pro from my sn530

unlikely and there is risk of clone failure. Unless you are running out of space or the SN530 is reaching end-of-life TBW then stick with it.

In a blind comparison test, you would see ZERO actual difference.

Further, the system is using both drives anyway, depending on what is on them.
