Hey guys i have 16gb of ram and 250gb ssd with i7 4790k my question is should i move pagefile off my ssd? Forward thanks

Solution
Leave it on the SSD< but just reduce the size (depending on how much RAM you have). I've had mine set to 1GB min/max for years.
16GB RAM.

If you must have a pagefile it would be faster if kept on an SSD. However, if you have 6GB or more of RAM, you really don't need to have a pagefile at all. I haven't had one in ages.

Depend on your work, if you have more memory you'll not need a page file. But if you need one, having it in the SSD will be fast, but it'll make unnecessary writes so that it'll reduce the lifespan.

If you keep it in the HDD, it'll be little slower but HDD won't affect by the extra writes.
