Should I/not reuse this case?

Hi all, I would appreciate opinions of people more experienced than myself.
For a new build, should/shouldn't I use the case from my nonfunctional Pavilion?

What goes in:

New 400W PSU
AMD A10-5800K
Probably MSI FM2-A75MA-E35, which is microATX
2x4Gb memory

I would. HP makes good cases. I like the drive cage and card reader on my old compaq case.
