What motherboard do you have?
What is your EXACT power supply model number?
What CPU cooler do you have?
What is your case model and how many case fans do you have installed, and where are they installed, and what orientation, intake or exhaust, are each of them configured as?
Honestly, for MOST Ryzen processors, overclocking doesn't make much sense because there is very little headroom to do so. Most of them are already pretty much AT the ceiling they are capable of sustaining , and if not, they are pretty much limited to maybe 100-300mhz IF you have good cooling, a good motherboard and are willing to put the time into doing it that is going to be required because it's not going to be a click-click-done process like many other past architectures were.
