Should I order a mobo from CDW?

Hello, I am looking to purchase the H97I-PLUS mITX motherboard and it doesn't seem to be in stock anywhere but I just found it on CDW.com. I have never bought anything from CDW, I am aware that it is a large company but I have heard stories of some horrible experiences with them.

Bottom Line:
Should I buy the motherboard from them or just buy the Gigabyte GA-H97N-WIFI Mini ITX mobo instead?

CDW is a huge retailer , shouldn't be an issue , if your not comfortable go with the other board it's decent.
