Hello guys, recently I built a new rig for gaming at 1080p. I would like to game at ultra settings. Currently I have the Radeon R9 390 which under minor load, just normal applications, etc runs at 40 degrees which is the lowest I've actually heard of this card being at.. In all honesty I have heard people saying their card idles at 60c and people say that is normal for this card. Under load, I am running currently one game which is project cars at 720p (crap monitor at the moment) with everything on ultra and anti aliasing, etc and I am getting 60fps with the gpu running at around 70 degrees. There is however some frame drops so the game lags a little. I would therefore like to overclock my card which is currently running at stock 1010mhz (powercolor version of the card). The PSU I have is the Corsair TX750 V2. Do you guys recommend I overclock to fix the minor frame drops and also is my PSU safe enough? The rest of my specs are i5 3470 (stock), 16gb ddr corsair vengeance, 320gb hdd. No optical drives. I have alot of fans in my case, around 5. Please let me know what you guys think, I appreciate all help.
