Should I Overclock My AMD CPU?

AMD FX(tm)-4100 Quad Core Processor
8 GB RAM
AMD Radeon HD 6670

Im just really not sure if i should do this, given the risks.

For what reason do you want to overclock?
if you want better frame rate in games you would be better served by getting a better GPU

We got the same CPU right now well I OC'ed my CPU to 3.9, because of emulators need higher CPU what is the reason why do you like to OC your CPU ?

Will using the amd vision center to overclock my cpu harm anything in or stored on my comp?

What Motherboard you got if possible use your Bios in overclocking, Do you have a After market? cooler if you have stock i recommend you to only do to 3.9ghz to 4.0ghz but you can check your temp and stability if you can go higher, I still have stock cooler and i Overclocked mine to 4.0 and as far there's no BSOD or any complication
