I like to play fps and rpgs such as skyrim, metro last light and borderlands 2. Should I overclock my cpu and/or gpu? Sometimes I will get fps drops between 20-30 frames. Do I need to overclock to cut the fps down or do something else?
Here is my cpu: amd fx-8320 3.5GHz
GPU: evga gtx 760 4gb
Any help is appreciated.

Solution
Overclocking your CPU will result in mere 2-5 fps bumped in most games. However overclocking your graphics card allowing it to run faster will result in better FPS usually hitting the 5-15 range, sometimes you will get a lot of improvement, and sometimes just a little. Hope this helps!
