[SOLVED] should i overclock my monitor?

i have a benq rl2455 monitor and i was wondering if it would be a bad idea to overclock it from 60hz to 70-75hz? i have an rtx 2070 and i7 with 16 gb of ram so i would probably notice a difference.

I have played on a 60hz and then went to 75hz and there are a bit of difference but its not game breaking so I would not recommend to overclock your monitor because it will make your monitor life shorter and maybe you wont be able to overclock it!

It is not worth the risk, as you will barely see any difference.
You should get a new monitor if you really need that smoothness in gaming, but you shouldn't toy with your current monitor.
