I mostly use my computer for 3D Rendering and Video Editing and I wonder if I should overclocked my systems to maximize my systems power.

I don't know much about how to do that also, so if you could gave me guidelines on how to do it, would be appreciate.

There are my PC Parts :
CPU - INTEL I7-4930K 3.4 GHZ 12M LGA2011
memory - 3x CORSAIR VENGEANCE 4 GB 2133 MHZ DUAL CHANNEL
(currently looking to upgrade memory that if any tips)
mother board - ASUS P9X79 LE INTEL X79 QUAD 3 WAY SLI SATA 3 USB 3.0
graphic card - EVGA NVIDIA GTX 770 ACX 4GB GDDR5 PCI-E 3
power supply - EVGA SUPERNOVA NEX750B 750WATT POWER SUPPLY
Cooling system - ASETECK 510 LC MAINSTREAM LIQUID CPU COOLERS
Fans - THERMALTAKE FRIO OCK CPU COOLER W/ DUAL PUSH-PULL FANS - DESIGNED FOR OVERCLOCKING

Normally when people ask this question I always ask "what do you hope to achieve by implementing this overclock" however I feel this situation is slightly different. This is because most people that ask this question aren't on the 2011 platform with liquid cooling. Therefore yes I do recommend either one of two forms of "overclocking."

The first is what you may have read, in which you increase the cpu voltage so that you can run your cpu harder at higher speeds. Done properly this normally has limited adverse effects and can be greatly beneficial.

The second is something called undervolting. This is the process of run the cpu at the same (or slightly higher speed) while reducing the vcore with the goal of limiting heat output, prolonging the chips life, and saving on electricity bills.

In either case I recommend you watch some youtube videos on the process to get a better understanding of the overall goals and the general step by step procedure. Youtube videos are much more comprehensive than anything someone can type on a forum as they physically show you. Try to find a video using your specific motherboard first then read about what you can expect from your chip on forums elsewhere. If you have any specific questions im more than happy to help.

Thanks a lot alpacino2368 for the answer ! I'll take a look at youtube for how to do it.

Do you thing i should upgrade my memory from 2133mhz to 2400mhz or adding some more memory to help rendering faster ?

Also someone told me that i should go for a EVGA GTX 970 more than upgrading my memory, what is your thoughts on that ?

I would definitely recommend the gtx970 over purchasing faster memory.

Upgrading to faster memory is normally the least beneficial upgrade in terms of performance/dollar. Considering you already have memory running at 2133 I would just leave it as is.

The gtx970 is an amazing card and will be extremely beneficial for what you are hoping to achieve (especially if you consider overclocking). Plus it is always nice to have a little more gpu power on board.

More ram could help but what's nice about ram and the 2011 platform in particular (due to twice as many slots) is that you can always upgrade later. And ddr4 is dropping in price rather quickly. So I would wait until after the gpu upgrade and see if you utilize all your ram anyway, as you will see no performance difference by adding more ram if you don't already use wait you have on board.
