Im not sure if I should Overloack and how to?

Motherboard: Asus Formula-Z
Cpu: Fx-6300 Black Edition
Gpu : Geforce Gtx 660
Ram : Corsair Vengeance pro DRR3 1866 Mhz 2x8 GB
Cpu Cooler : Corsair hydro series H55
Psu : Thermaltake 1000w

I'm not looking for a max OC, just a max OC I can get that can be stable for gaming, for getting more fps then not overclocking

I would advise you to check your system how well performs on the games you want and if you are not satisfied then you can proceed to oc. At a first look you don't seem needing an oc.
