Should I pair my gtx 295 with a gt 640 2gb gddr5 for dedicated physx?

I think its a waste of time these days. But there's others who I've seen who do that sort of stuff. For better cards its irrelevant. Phys X hardly draws any resources.

Its basically just sitting in a computer so I'm not buying it or anything like that

But I've seen this because of problems reported on this forum. I recommend you don't complicate your life.

If it aint broke dont fix it.
If you NEED the independent Physx go for it. Most if not all wont need it.
