Are there any benefits to joining the Windows Insider Program. If so, what branch should I join?

If you're concerned about how fast the OS runs, you shouldn't be running the Insider's Program.

Is your current Win 10 Unactivated?
Are you heavily into testing new features?
Are you willing to have the whole OS die at any moment?
Would you be installing this on a secondary PC, not your prime system?

If the answer to any of these is No, then the Insider program is not for you.
