Should I pirate windows for my new PC rig?

So I'm building a new gaming PC and my budget is really tight.
My build can be a lot better if I avoid paying for an OS (Windows 8.1) .
Is pirating it a good idea , is it efficient and is it safe?
What do most people do when building a new rig?
Do they buy the OS or do they pirate it?

do not pirate software it is illegal for a reason. Many 'pirated' software are usually viruses and spyware.

Pirating Windows isn't a good idea, going on a international website and and talking about doing it isn't the best idea either.

I like to put pirates in my windows so my neighbors can see them. Just do the insider program and BAM! its free until they start the sub base for windows and Office.
