I was wondering if you would think buying a $250 Radeon VII graphics card from eBay would be a good idea. My Asus Strix RTX 3070's two fans are busted; thus I need an inexpensive replacement GPU. For gaming and digital art/animation (using Adobe Suite, Clip Studio, Toon Boom, and other 2D and 3D apps), I need a GPU. Should I just go ahead and use PayPal's 4 payment installment plan to seek for an RTX 3090 or 6800–6800 XT on eBay if Radeon VII (which was likely used for mining a bad idea)?
Another choice I was considering was getting a good RTX 3070 and running both cards in my computer to speed up productivity and digital art programs.
