[SOLVED] Should I push my cpu more?

I overclocked my 2200g to 3.9ghz(1.3750v) with vega 8 oc to 1650mhz and I am getting 70°C full stress test for 30 minutes. Should I push it to 4ghz and 1.5v?

3.75v?!?! Are you sure you didn't mean 1.375v? What sort of cooling are you on? I don't think going any higher will net you any gains apart from degrading the APU's lifespan.

oh I meant 1.375. oops. Well currently I am using air cooling method with 2 other case fans

Definetely don't go to 1.5v. I wouldn't go higher than 1.375v even with good cooling(which you seem to have.
