[SOLVED] Should i put a dedicated graphics card just to play Minecraft?

i guessing the igpu is holding back my CPU (i5 6400). im getting lag spikes and having lows of 21 fps, highs of 140fps(caves) and average of 70 fps at 16 render distance and everything high and with optifine. the fps i mentioned looks fine but like i said it still cause lag spikes as i load chunks or there is to many entities like a horde of zombie pigmen or a lot of villagers gathering the middle of the village.

im planning to get a gtx 1050, 1650, or rx 570 if gonna buy a graphics card. im not gonna play any demanding games though. my RAM 8gb (single channel) 2133 MHz too

I guess it’s worth buying a new GPU. The RX 570 is your best bet
