Should i re-apply thermal paste to the processor?

I have a i5 3570k processor and a cooler master 212 hyper evo cooler,im using a program to check my temps and in idle i get nice and cold 25c but when im loading it usually goes to 58c is it normal or should i re-apply thermal paste?
